  1. We currently offer delivery services covering all islands under our standard delivery free of charge which may vary between 4 to 14 days and Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products.
  2. In addition to that we offer super fast delivery options under Robbialac Express premium delivery service which charges may apply and will be calculated based on the distance to your delivery location from Colombo, the size of your order and the weight. Under this service, we deliver within the western province in 12 hours and the rest of the areas within the island within 24 hours.
  3. Delivery charges will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout based on your selected options and estimated delivery times will be provided to you at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation issues may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

3.2 Delivery Process
